Students have the right to receive 80 percent refund of their tuition fees, except the non-refundable "Application for Admission" fee, and the technology fee, as stated in this document. If a student chooses to cancel their course enrollment within the first two weeks from the start of the semester and provides written notice, they are entitled to a refund. The refunded amount will be credited to the student's account.
80 percent of the tuition paid by the student, excluding non-refundable fees, will be reimbursed to the student within 30 days after withdrawal or cancellation. Formal cancellation notices can be sent via email, mail, or in person. If sent by mail, the effective date of cancellation or withdrawal will be the postmark date.
Suppose a student withdraws from the program after the two weeks period mentioned earlier. In that case, they will not receive any refund of tuition and fees.

To withdraw from a class, students are required to access the Student Information System and navigate to the withdrawal tab on the home page.
